
NEO event day
The 2025 National Economics Olympiad (NEO) is a full-day event intended to challenge, teach and promote collaboration for all participants. The day involves a three-hour competition, presentations, workshops and plenty of opportunities to network with sponsors and fellow participants. Lunch and drinks will be provided for participants on the day of the event.

A brief welcome for participants including details about the day and the competition. Groups will then be allocated to rooms across the Erasmus University Campus.

The flageship event - the economics problem solving competition! Students will be allocated to rooms for the duration of the challenge, with volunteers available to answer any questions.

The Tinbergen Institute and the research master program in Business Data Science will facilitate a presentation which includes an introduction to the Tinbergen Institute and Business and Data Science, followed by a Q&A
