NEO event day (tentative schedule)

The 2026 National Economics Olympiad (NEO) is a full-day event intended to challenge, teach and promote collaboration for all participants. The day involves a three-hour competition, presentations, workshops and plenty of opportunities to network with sponsors and fellow participants.

A brief welcome for participants including details about the day and the competition. Then, groups will then be allocated to rooms across the Erasmus University Campus.

The flageship event - the economics problem solving competition! Students will be allocated to rooms for the duration of the challenge, with volunteers available to answer any questions.

Participants will be provided with free drinks and offered the opportunity to further network with olympiad participants and potentially sponsors and workshop hosts.

Sign up for workshops 

Given limited places per workshop, NEO participants are asked to sign up for their preferred workshop. Participants who do not register for a specific workshop will be allocated to one with remaining spots on the day.

Workshop registration will open in April!
